Research is one of the most misunderstood and neglected parts of marketing. We start with a site visit to get to know you, your community and your competition. We then compile a report that analyzes your market demographics, competition, site analysis and sales trends. This will help us make more insightful decisions and maximize your marketing budget.

Armed with our market knowledge we can now figure out how to meet your “big picture” objectives. This includes figuring out how to position your car wash in a way that separates it from the competition. We’ll also determine a style that can effectively communicate your positioning. All of this will go into a marketing plan covering the next 12-months.

Once we know who we want to be, we need to create a promotional plan that will help us communicate with the world about your unique value. This is always an integrated approach using various media so that we maximize the impact.

By creating a structured plan, the end result becomes greater than the sum of its parts. This means the design of both the right messages as well as the tools to deliver them. This usually includes a combination of signage, website creation or improvements, direct mailers, email blasts, club promotion, event promotion, social media (Twitter and Facebook) and short term demand creation.

No marketing campaign can possibly be effective unless you track and quantify the results. We have created a unique system to analyze 15 key metrics that allow us to see what is working and what is not. This includes an analysis of your historical weather using our one-of-a-kind formula in order to see true performance regardless of weather. Timeframe

The Silver Cloud System begins as a 12-month program. In the first six weeks, we will do a site visit and execute the research and strategy phases and start creating the tools we need. We then start the promotional plan that will be implemented over the course of the 12 months. We will then use the analytics to track effectiveness throughout the year and make adjustments as needed. After the initial 12-months you can then choose to continue the system, which would include promotional plans, modifications to the tools as needed and ongoing analytics to track effectiveness.

Cost

The cost of the SilverCloud Marketing Management System is $9,999 for the first 12-months, with $4,000 being set aside for media design, printing costs, and any additional marketing tool production. After the first year, the cost is $4,999 per year for creation and management of promotional plans and execution of your overall marketing plan.
